Privacy notice
Plainly: what this workspace keeps, where it sends things, and how to remove them. Last updated 2026-10-05.
Who runs this
This workspace is operated by AI-SNS.IO on Hugging Face Spaces. It runs CopilotKit's open-source OpenBot software. Questions about your data go to the administrator who gave you access.
What is stored, and where
- Workspace database (PostgreSQL inside the container): coworker settings, channels, approvals, policy rules, the audit trail of every action a Bot took or was refused, and credentials you save (encrypted at rest; never shown back).
- Backups: a compressed snapshot of that database is written to a private Hugging Face dataset at most every 10 minutes when something changed, and when the workspace shuts down. The 24 most recent snapshots are kept; older ones are deleted.
- Conversations: message threads are stored by CopilotKit Intelligence, the managed service this software uses for durable threads and memory.
- Bot computer: files a Bot saves and its browser profile (including sites it was signed in to) live on the container's disk and are lost when the container restarts.
Enterprise waitlist
If you join the waitlist on the overview page, we keep your name, company, work email, team size, preferred language and message in the workspace database (and its backups), only to contact you about AI-SNS.IO Agents. Ask us to delete it at any time.
Who else receives data
- Model providers (OpenAI and/or Anthropic, as configured): the messages and page content a Bot needs to answer are sent to the model provider to generate a response.
- Websites a Bot visits receive the requests the Bot makes, as any browser would.
- Connected apps you grant (e.g. Google Drive, Notion) receive the calls you or your Bots make to them.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on these pages, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
- CopilotKit runtime telemetry is enabled by default in the software and reports anonymous usage.
Cookies
One cookie, aisns_agents, keeps you signed in for up to 14 days. It is HTTP-only and contains an expiry time and a signature, nothing about you. The pages also remember your language and theme in your browser's local storage.
Secrets
When a Bot asks for a password or code, the audit trail records that a secret was requested and its length, never its value. Saved credentials are write-only.
Removing data
An administrator can delete coworkers, channels, credentials and skills from the workspace, which removes them from the next backup. Ask your administrator to remove anything you cannot delete yourself.
