Access

The workspace is for people its administrator has given the password to. Do not share the password, and sign out on shared devices.

What Bots do is on your account

A Bot acts with the tools, logins and connected apps you grant it. You are responsible for what you ask it to do and for checking its work before relying on it. Use the approval and boundary settings to require a person's decision for anything consequential.

Acceptable use

• No attacking, scraping against a site's terms, or accessing systems you are not authorised to use.
• No storing other people's personal data unless you have a lawful basis to.
• Follow the terms of the model providers and websites your Bots use.

AI output

Bots can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Answers are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice.

Availability

The workspace runs on shared cloud infrastructure and may restart, pause or change without notice. Backups are best effort.
