Where does our data live?
In this workspace's own database, backed up to a private store. Conversations are kept by CopilotKit Intelligence. The model provider you choose sees what a coworker sends it. The privacy page lists every destination.
Which AI models does it use?
OpenAI or Anthropic, chosen per coworker. Any agent that speaks AG-UI can also join as a coworker.
Can a coworker do something we didn't allow?
No. Every browser, file, shell and connector action goes through one gateway that checks your policy first. A missing policy permits nothing, and refusals are recorded with the rule that caused them.
What happens at a login page or 2FA prompt?
The coworker asks for help. You take the wheel in the same panel, sign in, and hand it back. The handover is on the audit trail; passwords never are.
Can we control spending?
Yes. Usage and cost are tracked per coworker and per model, with monthly caps that warn at 80% and stop new turns at 100%.
Is it a hosted SaaS?
It is your own private deployment. Nothing is shared with other customers.
